Plain Weave Brass Wire Mesh

Plain weave woven wire cloth is used for the majority of wire cloth woven by ZHUODA. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below every weft wire and vice versa. 

Warp and weft wires are normally of the same diameter.

Plain weaves are used for the majority of commercial applications and for filtration where a high flow rate is required.
 

Brass is one of the copper alloys made of copper and zinc. Like copper wire mesh, brass wire mesh is soft and malleable. But its corrosion resistance is not as good as bronze. As a wire mesh, the most common brass braided wire mesh is called "270 brass" and its chemical composition is about 65% copper, 35% zinc. "260 High Brass" consisting of 70% copper and 30% zinc is also popular in the wire mesh industry, especially on custom products.
